Welcome to our wedding photography services overview.
We hope to answer any questions you may have about our wedding photography services and packages so you have a clear understanding of what our process is.
What packages do you offer?
First lets start off with our packages:
Our packages are located to the right of the page and include what is listed below them.
What are your prices?
Our Packages start at $250 for our engagement special and start at $1100 and up for our regular packages.
All our basic packages are shown on the right side of the page. You can add anything you like to the packages to suit your needs.
Do I get to keep the negatives?
We shoot in digital. With digital we give you a copy of EVERY photograph that we took on the day of your wedding. We also do you a service of holding a copy of your wedding photos for up to 1 year in case you need a backup.
You will also receive a letter authorizing you to have the images printed at a photo lab of your choice.
Can we add to the photo wedding packages?
Yes you may.
If you have anything that you might want added to a package just ask us. We can include wedding albums., online photo galleries and extra prints and DVD's.
How much are the Online
Photo Galleries?
FREE!!!
We will take the top photographs from your session and create an online gallery for you to share with your friends and family.

How much are additional wedding photo albums.?
You can order these albums at any time after your wedding.
Additional Albums: Prices differ depending on the style, book, and amount of pictures.
Average additional albums run from $50.00 up to $500.00 depending on your choice of album and number of photos
How much is your deposit?
We require a 33% non refundable deposit to secure your wedding date.
When is the final payment due, and how can I pay?
We accept these forms of payment:
Cash, Check, and Credit Cards via PayPal
We request that you pay the remaining amount due on the day of your wedding. This is customary as most of your wedding staff will be paid via cash or check on that day.
How do we first meet to talk about the wedding?
After you have called us and you are happy with the prices and our portfolio and testimonials, we like to setup a time to meet you if possible.
We try to meet at a time that is accomidating to you.
Usually when we meet, we go over a little bit about you and what style of photography you like, what location you are planning, and so forth.
When should I expect my prints and album?
Our albums. are sent out to be printed and take time to ship back here. We print "in house" our own 8x10 prints on our amazing digital photo printer.
We usually say it can take up to 3 weeks on average for us to build your album, sort through your images, clean up the top best images in Photoshop and send the photos to the printers.
For the smaller packages where there is no album, we usually say within 5-7 days or sooner!
What about Weekends and Holidays?
If the weekend is not already booked with other clients we are more than happy to provide our services. Holidays may also be available, but will need to be arranged in advance.
I'm not from Southern Utah, what is the best thing to do?
We get calls from people who are in areas of Utah, Nevada, and Arizona who love our portfolio and want to book us.
What we do is quite simple. We take your deposit via credit card through the very secure online merchant Paypal.
We then arrange to meet you before your wedding if possible.

It is so important to find a photographer that you really like being around. The photographer will the only one with you throughout your wedding day. By choosing a fun relaxed wedding photographer who can guide you through the day, joke around with you, and to enjoy the day with you, can really make the difference between an ok wedding and a fantastic wedding!
It also helps to choose a
photographer or videographer that knows very many differnt styles. When you meet with us for the first time we will go over the many different styles that are available to choose from.
Introduction
Our packages are outlined on the right hand side of the screen. Our smallest package is our engagement special. Prices start at $250 and up for our packages and the final cost is decided after you choose all the options that you want for your package.
We are pretty flexible with locations, however we do charge a small travel fee if your wedding is out of the Southern Utah area..

About our
Albums
We offer digital photo albums. What does that mean you ask?
What we do is we take your top 20 photographs (with your help in choosing them of course!) and we photoshop them to perfection. We then resize them to fit into specific formats for printing.
This process can take some time, that is why we usually say there is a 3 week or so wait to get your album shipped to you if you are not in St. George Ut.
The photos are printed and placed into an album book. Our feedback from our clients is that they actually use the book, and keep it out in the living room coffee table for friends to see.
If you want a few for your family and close friends just let us know. You can choose to order more albums when you first sign up with us, or you can request them after the wedding if needed!
About our Online Gallery
We offer one of a kind online wedding photo galleries. We take your top photographs and put them in a custom wedding album and give you a unique URL to email your family and friends around the world!
The album is hosted on a server so you will have a link that you can go see your photos on the web.
Our online gallery is fast loading, simple, easy to use, and we can make your top photos available to download if requested!
The cost to add a next day wedding album is $350. Our clients have been very positive in their feedback on the galleries.

About our Prints
Our prints are printed on quality super glossy or matt paper. Depending on the style of your wedding or artistic license you give us.
For our packages we provide 8x10 inch prints with the packages. If you want 5x7 or 4x6 inch prints of course we can do add those to your package as well.
We like to spend time on your prints and to control the quality of the exposure and colors. We like to test run photos to make sure that they come out perfectly.
Most other companies just hand in the un-touched photos to a cheap lab to pump out the 4x6 inch prints. That is why they offer 300 of them with their packages. But the quality is so bad that you most likely would keep them in storage.
We cut our prices by giving you ALL the photos on DVD and CD so you can print them all for cheap or select your favorites for larger printing. Its as easy as handing in the cd to a printer!
About our Equipment
We use only the best digital cameras and camcoders. We choose Canon as our supplier of equipment.
Our Photography History
Jared Madsen Photography & Productions started as a hobby in St. George Utah. We slowly found ourselves growing and the need to expand into a full wedding company.
The force behind the company, Jared Madsen uses many different interests of his to spike his creativity in both photography and video productions. He has a background in graphic design and printing on the off-set press. He recently received his bachelors degree from Dixie State College in Computer Information Technology with an emphasis in Visual Technologies. Photograhy and Video Productions have always been a favorite of his, as well as website design and advertising design.
Jared is certified by many reputable organizations in the design industry.

About our Wedding Packages

Engagement Special $250
Our engagement special is designed for the bride and groom who want to take some time out before the wedding and really focus on capturing what you are about. We know Southern Utah so well, that we can easily suggest many locations based on what you like. We can do nature shots, casual, in the city, candid journalistic type shots, or more formal. Typically this package is also used for wedding announcement photos. We also can design and have your announcements printed if you choose. * This coverage includes:

Bridal Special $450
Our bridal special is designed for the bride and groom who want to take some time before their wedding and capture pictures in their wedding attire. Typically this package is usually used to have photos shown at the reception and are generally the pictures that are most enjoyable to have hanging up in the home of the newlyweds. We also can also have these printed on large scale canvas that makes perfect displays for the reception and great pictures to hang on the wall. Typically these are our customers favorite photos to show people. * This coverage includes:

Ceremony/Temple Wedding Special $450
We cover the highlights of this exciting day. A complete portrait selection of your formal ceremony (if applicable) at the ceremony destination, and creating a visual story as you say your vows, exchange rings and take that all important walk down the aisle, after signing the register.
For those who are getting married in the Temple this special will include coverage of Temple Exit and Family at the Temple.
